Jouw plekje voor BUK is veiliggesteld!
Dat je de mail met dit formulier hebt ontvangen betekent dat je officieel een plekje voor BUK 2024 naar Chemnitz hebt weten te bemachtigen! Om dit kamp tot een absoluut fantastische week te maken hebben we nog een aantal laatste vragen voor je, die zijn te vinden op dit formulier. Ook hierbij een aantal vragen over de activiteiten die je zou willen doen deze week. Ten slotte vragen wij nog van jullie om een kopie van je ID-kaart/paspoort naar ons op te sturen. Dit kan je doen via de app KopieID van de Rijksoverheid. Je kunt een foto maken van je identiteitsbewijs (voor- en achterkant), waarna de app deze zal verifiëren. Dit bestandje kan je vervolgens opsturen naar de BUKcie!
Boulderen
We gaan een dagje boulderen bij Boulderlounge Chemnitz. Entreekaartjes hiervoor kosten ongeveer €13 euro per persoon. Deze activiteit is optioneel, maar aangezien we van te voren de kaartjes moeten bestellen willen we je wel alvast vragen om te bepalen of je hieraan mee wilt doen of niet! Heb je meer informatie nodig, kijk dan op de website van de boulderhal.
Wintersport
Een BUK zonder wintersport (behalve schaatsen) is natuurlijk geen echte BUK-ervaring! We zullen een dag afreizen naar het grensgebied tussen Duitsland en Tsjechië om daar de ski’s of het board onder te binden! Een dag een skipas hier huren zal €45 euro gaan kosten, en met deze pas kan je in Tsjechië de bergen trotseren!
Heb je zelf geen materialen, maar wil je wel graag van de bergen af zoeven? Het is mogelijk om spullen te huren! De kosten daarvan staan hieronder!
- Ski’s/snowboard: 15 euro
- Schoenen: 6 euro
- Stokken: 2 euro
- Complete set ski’s of snowboard: 20 euro (Let op, geen helm inbegrepen!)
- Helm: 4 euro
- Premium ski’s: 21 euro
- Premium ski-set: 27 euro
Kan je niet skieën of snowboarden maar wil je het graag leren? Voor €33 per persoon kan je met 4 mensen tegelijk een skiles nemen! Deze lessen zullen ongeveer 100 minuten duren. Let op! Softijs zorgt niet voor een reis/wintersportverzekering, dit is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Voor slechts een paar euro kan je er eentje afsluiten bij bijvoorbeeld Univé.
Als je nog Softijsmerch wilt bestellen voor BUK aan is dit ook mogelijk! Vul op het formulier hiernaast in welke dingen je wilt hebben, en vergeet niet om de maten er ook bij te zetten! Mocht je vragen hebben over de merch of over de prijzen, stuur een mailtje naar de PR-commissaris!
